Gratitude

How many times today have you said you're grateful for something?  2?  5?  10?  A cheerful and grateful heart is good medicine and serves as a great pain reliever.   It's similar to not being able to be angry and laugh at the same time.  If your laughter is sincere, your anger goes away.

This works similarly with gratitude and pain.   You cannot be in a state of pure thankfulness and be in pain at the same time.  They cannot co-exist.   So find something to be thankful for and do it/ be it with all of your heart, mind, and spirit.   You will be rewarded with peace and comfort.   Honest!

Wishing you love and peace.
